We all know that exercise is important but the type of exercise is important too because the wrong type of exercise can also create more symptoms

I will share with you the most effective way to exercise for menopause to help reduce stress and build more muscle

STEP 3 – SELF CARE

I will share with you how to set up your day right, what can be draining your energy, how you can reduce your anxiety and put yourself first with my mindset rituals and ways to take better care of yourself and reduce stress because stress can create the problems with the 4 hormones that I will explain about at the beginning of the Masterclass

STEP 4 – TOXINS

I will share with you what they are and where they come from and how to eliminate them from your life and your body.  Toxins can be creating so many issues with your hormone health so when you start to get rid of them, your body can begin to regulate itself again

STEP 5 – SLEEP

Good quality sleep can be so hard to obtain during this phase.  I will teach you how you can get more sleep, better quality sleep and what the main issues are that stop you from getting a good nights sleep
